Good afternoon. I wish to seek advice on a recent transaction please. Yesterday I went online to purchase a ticket on BA for a total of $****.** which I tried to pay with my PayPal account. The purchase showed "Incomplete". Realizing that it did not go through I logged out and back in and tried again for same purchase using my credit card directly on the BA site. It came back "Confirmed". I received a receipt and an itinerary. I logged out of BA and went to my private email only to find an email entitled "you have submitted a payment to PayPal for $****.**. I signed into my PayPal account and see that it is pending until BA accepts. Have I been charged twice for the same ticket?
