Hi*We had flights booked with you on ** May and *st June . The booking reference was L*OZS*. Our flight home was cancelled BA**** on * June. We incurred considerable further expenses as a result of this . We made claims to you on * June and the numbers we were given as a reference are ******** and ********,*We have not had any reply from you despite me sending * follow up emails and a letter by post . It has been a month now and not even the courtesy of a reply? We were also charged twice*For baggage .*I now wish to complain and take the matter further .*Please advise me who I should contact?*Yours sincerely *D Pollard *J Rush
