The issue in GetHuman-solidsam's own words
I ordered a soaring eagle and received it in November. I paid for it with check number ***** drawn on Synovus bank which was cashed and deducted from my account. In December I received a second soaring eagle that I did not order. I received correspondence signed by Suzanne Thomas, Account Executive which referenced Client Account * ********* dated * Jan **** requesting payment of $**.**. As stated before I paid for the one I purchased. Attempted to contact you via phone when second eagle was received but gave up after ** minutes on hold. If you will send me funds for postage and handling I will gladly return the second one you sent me.**Jerrie Silvers
