first delivery was lost in post but we have paid for this you have sent a replacement but you are charging me again my a*c no isB******* have tried to phone hung on for **Min ask for call back it never was forth coming im not that impressed with your after sales service please get this sorted as far as we are concern we will not be ordering any more from you
