rETURN THE ITEM FOR CORRECTING MY BILL ... I RETURNED ITEM***** SNOW GLOBE CHRISTMAS TREE * WEEKS AGO. I HAVE HAD NO*RESPONSE TO THIS DATE. I RECEIVED MY BILLILNG YESTERDAY AND NO MENTION OF A RETURN STILL BEING BILLED FOR THE LISTED PRICE.. I WANT THE RETURN SHOWN AND THE *CHARGE DELETED asap
I HAVE ORDERED MANY THOMAS KINCAID PIECES IN PREVIOUS YEARS, NEVER A PROBLEM. THIS TIME THE ITEM WAS INFERIOR, BAD QUALITY, NOT AS SHOWN ON THE BROCHURE. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY WORD*FROM BRADFORD, JUST ANOTHER BILLING.
LETTING ME KNOW THE RETURN WAS RECEIVED AND THE AMOUNT BILLED HAS BEEN DELETED FROM*MY ACCOUNT.
MANY YEARS UNDER MY FORMER NAME, BETTY GUNTER, HAVE NEVER HAD TO RETURN ANYTHING, WAS*VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE $***. CERAMIC CHRISTMAS TREE THAT LOOKED ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL IN THE BROCHURE, AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - WORSE THAN A WALMAN PIECE - WHEN RECEIVED.
THIS IS MY SECOND REQUEST TO GETHULMAN.COM IN REGARD TO THIS ISSUE.
