I paid for Boost service Saturday April **th at **:** a.m. . I am on the $* a day plan right now because of the covid-** crisis. After I paid for the service on Saturday, Sunday morning I woke up and I didn't notice until about **am that they had cut my service off even though I had paid for two days of service on Saturday. *When I called them they restored my service and apologized however when I asked about the ** plus hours I had lost on my service ans what they were going to do about it, they told me that I would have service until the next day at **. Which I knew was not going to happen but they wouldn't let up that I would so I waited for the next day. **Well I didn't have to wait for the next day at all because ** midnight Sunday night, Monday morning, the phone went off like clockwork and when I called this morning they basically told me there was nothing they can do in that they feel like I got my service my money's worth and then when you ask for a supervisor they tell you that one it's not available and they will have to call you back within * or * days which is what they all say without even checking to see if the supervisors available so I believe they've been trained to do so.

GetHuman-rubypro did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
