Why does my IMEI*MEID show my phone as unpaid for. I’m very unhappy about that. If I ever wanted to go to another company it wouldn’t be possible because you have this false setting in my phone. I pay my bill on time each month and even when I was first issued this phone I had problems but was put off by your representatives until my * days had expired. Even though I made * trips there letting them know I had problems. Now this!!! I want this issue resolved
