The number ***-***-**** was supposed to be activated last Friday (March *th, ****). I called twice within a week to confirm whether the phone would be recieving and service that was promised by two of Boosts representatives and one week later the phone still hasn’t received any data, talk, or text that I paid for. The plan that was purchased is the $**.** Unlimited Gigs plan. I need this activated by today.
GetHuman-jasonkco did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
