The issue in GetHuman-krsc's own words
I have been a loyal customer since early ****. The subpar customer service I have been subjected to for the last * months is reprehensible and I refuse to continue to allow myself to be treated in this manner. This nightmare began Dec**,****. I paid my bill.Then Dec **,**** I paid my bill for January ****. My phone was turned off Jan.**. The pymt made on **-** should have taken care of me until *-**-****. Only after speaking with countless Boost employees was my service restored. On February **,**** I changed my plan to the $** plan because between **-** and **-** I paid for four $* data pks. The final straw was my service being cut off March *th with no explanation. After speaking with several people my service was restored. I want to know what you intend to do keep me from leaving Boost. Under the circumstances * month FREE service should not be too much to ask. I will be waiting to hear from you. I'm assuming I will hear from someone TODAY.*.
