I have called customer service, posted on Boost messenger about it, my husband took it to the store. *I have not had my LIFELINE service with Qlink wireless in over * weeks. I have already transferred my acct to an old ZTE phone that is totally compatible, that we had with Boost over * years ago. My husband & I have called Boosts customer service repeatedly, given the CORRECT name & address on the account. THEY say the pins we give are not the right one, yet they are the only * we have used for ** years. *I suffered a CATASTROPHIC accident * years ago, including brain trauma & damage, as well as leg amputation, spine surgery, and much, much more. *I'D LIKE THE ZTE UNLOCKED!!!! *I feel as if my Qlink acct. AND my personal info with BOOST is being held HOSTAGE to share, as B*ST will. *PLEASE UNLOCK MY ZTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GetHuman-hdnitetr did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
