I HAVE A SAMSUNG GALAXY J* LG LITE. SINCE LAST FEBRUARY I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS YOU TUBE. THE SCREEN ON MY PHONE ALWAYS SAYS ACCOUNT ACTION REQUIRED "NOT SIGNED INTO GOOGLE PLAY" I CONTACTED GOOGLE AND THEY SAY I AM SIGNED IN. I WENT TO A STORE LOCATION AND THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. I AM DESPERATELY TRYING TO GET ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT SO THAT I CAN USE YOU TUBE. I WANT TO UPGRADE MY PHONE AND POSSIBLE GET INTERNET SERVICE ON MY PHONE BUT HAVE SERIOUS RESERVATION SINCE NO ONE CAN HELP ME......
