I paid my bill using the reboost service from my phone on **********. I received an email saying they could not process the payment using the card I used and that I needed to resubmit a payment. So I paid another way online and it took that payment. The first charge that boost said they couldn't process is posted on my credit card statement. I would like either another months service or the charge to be reversed on the first card.
GetHuman-joseanda did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
