I never had a pin for my account. Even when I pay my bill and it asks for a pin it says it’s incorrect and I type it again and it works, my phone just stopped working and I’m trying to swap devices but it asks for a pin. I entered the pin I use to pay my bill and it has me locked out of my account for ** hours. I need to be able to use a phone. I went to both of my local boost locations today, nobody there. They both said they were open but the doors were locked. Why make it so difficult?
