I’ve been with boost mobile since ****. I’ve always made my payments and kept the same cellphone number. I am interested in boost up. I’ve received an text message a couple months ago before applying for the Family Plan saying that I qualify for boost up, however when I added my son to my plan they made him the primary and it somehow disqualified me from receiving boost up. I’ve recently had myself switched to the primary and was wondering since this there were a mistake somewhere if I can still get qualified for boost up. I have been the one paying the cellphone bill for over three years.
