Receive yet message and get my insurance back. Possiblyget another phone ... Can't receive SMS or MMs at all, I can send all day but get nothing in return, phone number ***-***-****, my name is Blake Long I switched to boost from metro pcs on *-*-**. My first two weeks were nothing but problems I went through it with customer care, poor people. I had two phones on my plan now I only have one, I was promised a account credit which I didn't get until I had to threaten to go back to metro and the credit was ** dollars my bill was $** I use my phone for work I missed thousands of dollars, I'm not concerned about that now I want what I pay for it says unlimited everything well it's been unlimited problems since I switched. Also I put insurance on my device and now I don't have it why not? I wasn't charged for it but now my screen is cracked and I have to pay full price. I'm really tired of boost mobile I'm about ready to go back to metro the service isn't the greatest but it's a whole lot cheaper. My first phone number was **-***-**** and the pin was **** now it's ***-***-**** and the current pin is ****. I need help
I work with my phone the longer it takes the more money I lose
I need my messages fixed and possibly sent to me. I have clients that send me private information about work I need it.
Probably not I have been with boost mobile * and a half months now
