Upgrade ... I currently have the $** unlimited everything with * gb hotspot and $* insurance. I was told when I renewed my plan this month I could change my * gb hotspot to ** gb. I attempted to change it a few minutes ago via automated teller line and wasn't given that option. I've been with Boost for ** years and have had good service but for the past year that hasn't been the case unfortunately. I'm seriously considering going with another company since I was treated very disrespectful by a rep in a Boost store recently when I attempted to upgrade to a newer phone. I was also over charged for a restocking fee and phone when I returned a phone within * days of purchase because of service issues and issues with the phone itself. I need to speak to someone in person but I'm traveling and am in Georgia now, I live in NC.
Was treated rudely and overcharged. The rep had little to no knowledge concerning SD cards
Refunding my money and having a knowledgeable rep help me find a decent upgrade phone
I have been with Boost exclusively, phines and service, for ** years
Went to * different stores in NC got the same lack of service. Went online and tried calling but couldn't get a human being on the phone
