when i got my second line turned on boost charged me double. they were only supposed to charge me once. it was two amounts of ** dollars. my bank disputed one of the charges for ** dollARS, i got one amount of ** bucks back last week sometime. yesterday i wake up to my cell phones turned off. i tryed calling to talk to someone. the people i talked to r extremly rude. i explain how this mess up in not on my end as i have called my bank and i have my bank statements showing i ONLY got one amount of ** back. the people i have talked to say they cant turn my phones back on cause of the dispute, well the full amount supposedly went back on my card from the dispute. it has not though! i have my bank and my statements to prove it. i called last night and was talking to another rude employee. i asked to speak to a manager, and she finally saw the mess up , as she went on a look up for my card so she can see the transactions. she realized boost indeed mess up and i was not at fault there for my phones should have never gotten shut off. you guys r now trying to tell ,me i have to pay over ** bucks to even get them turned back on. but i dont think i should have to cosidering u still have an amount of ** dollars from me on my account that was not returned like boost is claiming it was. the manager i spoke with last night said she is putting in for my phones to be turned back on no charge since this was a boost mobile mess up. she gave me a confermation code and everything, you can look everything up and i can email u proof that boost is the one who messed up and my phones should be turned back on. the confeermation code is i********** *my phones r my lively hood. i am currently homeless right now with my boyfriend and dog. so we kinda need our phones on in a severe importance not only to survive but to be able to find a place to live and not in my hot *** non air conditioned car. my dog does not do well in the heat. and its been in the high **s all week. everyone i have talked to has refused to listen nor help me. ive been in customer service for over * years, this is not how we treat our customers. im litterally about to switch services with how wrongfully i have been treated by the employees of this company
