hola, llev* a cabo una reserva en el welldone quality de Sevilla (rva **********) pin ****. El caso es que a*n teniendo una rva con opci*n a cancelaci*n, me lleg* el email de la rva por parte de booking con la nota de PAGADO porque booking me habia hecho el cobro del total del importe!! *No es eso lo que se establece en la rva, y me parece inaceptable que se cobrarse el importe si no est* establecido as*. Directamente le di a cancelar porque este proceder me parece increible, pero ahora me dice booking que me devolver* el importe en *-** d*as! lo cual todav*a me parece a*n peor, a mi me lo han cobrado al instante...**la rva pon*a lo siguiente:*Ir*s al siguiente paso*Solo tardar*s * minutos*Confirmaci*n inmediata**Sin cargos de gesti*n ni por pagar con tarjeta de cr*dito!*Tu paquete:*Cancelaci*n GRATIS antes de las **:** del ** de julio de *****SIN PAGO POR ADELANTADO – Pagar*s en el alojamiento**quiero hacer una reclamaci*n para que no se repita este tema en proximas reservas. **gracias*Irune
