Log in using my laptop ... I cannot access Booking.com on my laptop. I have tried several times to reset my password and although the site says it has sent me an email, I have not received any emails regarding resetting my password. I can access site on my mobile phone, but if I I wast lost or stolen then I cannot access the site any other way. I have spoken with * different customer service personnel whom could not resolve my issue.
If I lose my mobile phone or it is stolen then I cannot access my booking.com account
If I could speak with technical staff they might resolve it. The customer services do not have any access to technical help. I was told this by customer services themselves.
I have been on the site for quite a few years now & this is the first issue I have had.
I opened another account with a different email and everything works fine, I received emails and also tried to reset the password. I received emails to let me do that, but it doesn't work with my original account.
I have an issue with Booking.com too
