Yesterday we reserved a car through Booking.com to be picked up at the airport of Faro in Portugal at the rental car office of ALAMO at **.**. Our mistake was to make two consecutive bookings, the first one with premium insurance, which we corrected immediately for a cheaper one. We received an email confirming the first booking (***,** € ) but haven't received any information about the second booking (***,** €) and the cancellation of the first one. Please, could you clarify this for us?
