Hello my name is Enrique.*I am from the Candlewood Suites in Albuquerque, NM. We had a guest by the name of Linda Bryant who stayed with us on ********** and checked out on **********. There was a mistake in the reservation where we had charged the guest credit card instead of the virtual card that was provided. Now we are trying to refund the guest credit card and charge the virtual card that you guys had provided but we can't find the virtual credit card in the system. Please contact to hotel property back via email.******@***.com or call the property @ ***-***-****.*We also would like to see how we can set up an account through your booking.com partner central. Thank you so much and hope to hear from someone soon.*Thank you.
