I wrote to Booking.com many times explaining the case & still the Booking.com repeating the lies which the hotel saying! For final clarification, the following are the details in sequence provided by photos* video & explaining what happened & what the status: - I did this booking for my guests (by my guest name NAZERKE) as they just married to enjoy their honeymoon in this hotel. - The room I booked is King Room with Sea View & you can see it's sea view in the attached photo & even shown in my Booking confirmation by my guest name NAZERKE, the following is the link of this booked room photo: https:**r-cf.bstatic.com*xdata*images*hotel*max****x*************.webp?k*a******cce*e**f*feeb**a**ef*f**f**cf*a*fb*d*fcdcd*b*c**cbdb****f&o* - When my guests reached the hotel on ** of August, the hotel gave them tiny room with inside garden view, room * ***, (another cheapest room type than we booked), please see attached video showing the inside garden view of the room given by the hotel. - when my guests & I complained & talked* called to the hotel staff & manger, they are insisted that the room given is the room which booked & this is the Booking.com mistake. - After many times from my writing to the Booking.com explaining & complaining about what happened, the hotel proposed to my guests another room to shift there (room * ***) & when my guests went to check this room they found it the same type as the one which they are already staying, please find attached photo showing the view of the proposed room * *** the hotel tried to shift my guests there. - My guests didn't agree to shift to that proposed room by the hotel, as it was the same type of the room (inside garden view room) which they are already staying even worst as it*s noisy by the elevators beside it! - The hotel is laying as my guests didn't shift to any other room & they are not happy at all, they still staying in the room * *** from the first day of reaching the hotel. the time is already passed givin...

to shift to our booked room, but the hotel refused & time passed, so I want to refund my money difference. ... Good evening! The fact is I have booked Double Tree Hotel by Hilton which is located in Turkey, Kemer. I made special present for my relatives on their honeymoon to enjoy their stay in your hotel, however as they arrived they checked in, later they have discovered that hotel stuff provided them absolutely another tiny room. I have been booking King Room with Sea View with large bed ***-*** cm wide. Room size is ** square meters. Hotel* stuff provided a room which has absolutely no Sea View. There is a view to the garden and swimming pool. Room size is ** square meters. I have even proofs we recorded video. *When I asked hotel manager to relocate my guests and provide the room which I have booked * months ago. They totally reject my inquiry and they said that it’s booking.com mistake. Why they ask for some more additional money to have the room which I already booked before? I’m not booking first time tour. Booking.com provides the best. Please help to solve this problem.
Booking.com continue telling me the lies of the hotel that we shifted to another room & we are happy!!! even I wrote many times to Booking.com telling this not true & we didn't shift to any other room (providing all video & photos to proof that) & we are not happy at all as the hotel is cheating us without any action from Booking.com to solve the problem except repeating the hotel lies!
I am asking the Booking.com to refunding the price difference to me, it's the Booking com responsibility to return back my money difference & compensate me for spoiling my gift for my guests to spend their honeymoon.
As I booked through Booking.com King Room with sea view & got my booking confirmation showing clearly the photos of my booked room with sea view, even I paid the price* money * months ago!
I wrote to Hilton site complaining the same.
