I have been scammed by Booking.com . I really need to talk to someone who can get my money refunded to my card. This is senior citizens’ abuse via a fixed income.I explained to the gentleman how badly I need my $***.** from booking.com

My original issue: I was trying to get a refund for a booking I have $***.** I have been trying to receive this money for about a month. There are * gentlemen...one named John the other one is named Rick that I have been speaking to and working with for the last two weeks. Yesterday July **, I was instructed to go into the *-Eleven and buy two eBay gift cards that came up to $***.** so that I could be refunded my original $***.**. I was told by Rick that I would have to go into the store AGAIN and buy another $*** gift card so that I could be refunded $**** because that was the cheapest and least amount that they could refund. So I would like to get my $***.** refund. I was put on hold for more than an hour. I was hung up on * times...I have spent five hours on the phone trying to get my money back.* There is much much much more to this story but I will stop here.
