The issue in GetHuman-isearkom's own words
Booking.com has cancelled my reservation for * nights in NYC. (Confirmation *****.***.***).They left a voice mail saying there was a "glitch" and the hotel cannot accommodate us. They offered a "comparable" hotel in a totally different area of the city. Now, when I call customer service at (***) ***-**** it rings busy. I have tried multiple times to get through, and even tried the Spanish language option (which went to dead air). I left an email but haven't been contacted yet. This is ridiculous! They need to call me so I can arrange another booking.
GetHuman-isearkom did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
