Hello,**I'm a genius customer in booking.com, I use booking.com for accommodation for more than * years, but today I lose my trust and disappoint in booking.com.**Today we reserve Umito Nakama for our stay in Okinawa for * nights. The price for * rooms * nights is TWD**,***.- including tax and all expenses in first step. Then we click button "I'll reserve" to next step to continue our booking, but the price changes to TWD**,***.- including tax and all expenses in second step, so I call booking Taiwan to know what happened.**Initially we just want to confirm why the price is different with Taiwan customer service officers, but during the communication I was treated unfriendly and ignored, the officers' "attitude" lead me to write you an email.**All * officers said " I can do nothing for you " and " the price is controlled by hotel owners". ***. Our thinking is " I can do nothing for you " is a worse way to solve the problem.***.For us, booking.com is service and price provider, booking.com shall responsible to customers and honor your offers***.Why our issue cannot to be handled by only one officer ? **In addition to "attitude" issue, we think it's our right to have price TWD**,***.- for our booking as it shows on your website during our booking and it's a "key point" for us to choice it.**We believe TW**,***.- is not a trap for us to book Umito Nakama, please honor your offers.**Thank you for your attention and assistance very much !***Best Regards,*Laura
