I received a coupon through Booking.com for $** off $*** stay. I received a confirmation from both Booking.com and the hotel as well as a receipt after my stay. I waited a week to receive this $** return and never got it. Then I submitted a request to their customer service via their website and never heard anything back. A week later, I called customer service where I was told that an internal system cancelled my reservation and that I was not eligible for this reward. This is unacceptable to me as they never informed me or tried to tell me before my stay or else I would have cancelled the reservation. This is poor customer service on their end and I would recommend not using their site when they offer this type of coupon. I would simply like to receive the $** that I am entitled to.
