My ** year old friend and I arrived in Maui Nov. *th and were shuttled to where our five night reservation was supposed to be* however, when I called the manager at Kihei Bay Surf Condo., she said we didn't have a reservation there. I had changed the date from the **th arrival time to the *th of November closer to his **th birthday which was Nov. *th. We had no place to stay and nowhere to go so were standing out on the sidewalk when a couple came by and asked why we were out there with our luggage. We said, "We have no place to stay. It so happened that they were renting a time share with another couple and they left that morning so they had a downstairs room with twin beds and an adjacent bathroom for us. They were from the San Francisco Bay area* he worked for the government and she worked in a mail order pharmacy. There are still good people in this world and God knows who they are. They were leaving the next morning so early I called Alaska Airlines and got flights back to Seattle in an Hawiian Air airbus. From there we flew to Yakima where we live. I did get an email that I would have my money back in three or four weeks, however, I called my Discover card this a. m. and I haven't received it. Here is my *****************. Also, Richard and Jennifer bought us breakfast in Maui before turning in their snorkel rental equipment and taking their rental SUV back to the airport. In Seattle, Herb's eldest daughter picked us up in Seattle and we stayed in her son's families home on a hydabed. Ingrid took nine of us out for breakfast at Shari's before going to the Seattle airport to fly back to Yakima. There were only ** on that flight whereas there were *** on the airbus from Maui. We really liked that huge plane. We got a bar-b-que chicken sandwich and watched on a screen on the rear of the seats in front of us the flight pattern of the plane, how many miles we had gone from Maui and how many left to get to Seattle. I think the speed was over *** miles per hour and we even got to watch graceful Hula dancing on the screen also. Herb had wanted to go to a Luau in Maui. Anyway, please give me back my money on the above credit card number soon. I would really appreciate it so much. Suzanne L. Richings
