Glory Hill Villas resort*** November **** - **:**:** Reply to this message*Attn. BDC Headquater Amsterdam,*Glory Hill Villas resort , Khao Yai, Thailand ID number ******* has joined your services since August **** and has joined your Genius program by that time.*Our management policy wants to deactivate the program during this coming high season, November to December ****. The problem is that thare is no Genuis menu in our property application and we could not do any change to this ,so we contacted BDC support on **th October **** for assistant. BDC staff informed us there is some bug or error about the BDC system and she would report to IT department to solve them and call me back when it is done.*We kept followiing up the matter by calling BDC support and also send message a few times, still the answer was something like they are working on it. Its been almost a week now and we have loss oppornunities to sell our rooms at standard rate. We must admit that we are so frustrated and wonder why it takes so many days to correct the system error. We are not an IT expert but we've learned that the good corporate IT system should have some meassurement or some kind of a break circuit to stop damage and errors before further investigation and remedies.*So the longer it takes to correct your system error the more we loss our opportunities.*Please look into this error as an urgent matter and give me an understandable and excepatable expkanation for our benefit and for our communities as a whole. Thank you in advance for your promp attention.
