***********PIN code: ******I cancelled my reservation for the Hampton Inn, Rockford, IL for Oct ** and **, through Booking.com. I received an email from Booking.com confirming the reservation was cancelled and a feed of ***. The email also said if I have any questions to contact the hotel directly, which I did. They did not have a cancellation, so I cancelled it (within their ** hr. policy) no charge. **Booking.com stated the no charge policy ended at **:** AM today, Oct. **. The cancellation request was made the first thing this morning due to a medical emergency.**I am requesting that the cancellation fee of *** be waived due to a medical emergency. Plus I made the cancellation directly with the hotel within their ** hr, no charge policy.**Thank you for your consideration
