Regarding our recent reservation, confirmation number ****.***.***, at Microtel Inn, Salt Lake City Airport, we were very disappointed in our room. I had reserved a King Suite and we were instead put in Room ***, which was a very poor two queen bed room. I called the front desk and was told they didn't have a King Suite available. We've stayed there several times and have enjoyed our stay. However, this was a real disappointment. This will definitely affect our decision in the future about whether or not to stay there.**I feel like they should have honored our confirmed King Suite reservation or let us know in advance the downgrade of the room so we could have the option of searching for a different hotel.**I think it would be good for Microtel Inn to offer us a free one-night stay for our next trip to Salt Lake to make up for not honoring our reservation of a King Suite.**Thank you,*Karen Wilde
