RE: ************This morning, I received an email explaining how to find the key at SoBro Guest House in Nashville. I called the hotel directly to remind them that I was certain I had cancelled the reservation a long time ago.*They told me they had no record of the cancellation, and that I would be charged for the first night's stay. I requested a refund for tonight, which would have been the first night. Due to my husband's health, we had to cancel our trip to Nashville in August. I remember doing a lot of research for accommodations several months ago, and I do remember looking at SoBro. Now, after reviewing my past emails from booking.com, I could not even find a confirmation of this reservation. When I went on your site, I noticed that the last message I received from you was telling me not to wait to confirm my reservation, and it had a "confirm" button which I don't remember ever pressing. The confirm button still shows in the email. I have used your in the past, and I have always received good service. My request is for a full refund for the first night's stay. Obviously, I was and still am quite confused, and I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused. Thank you for your consideration.*Barbara Daum
