I had a arrived inn Sydney for my accommodation on the *th of October only to be told via email at **:**pm of the cancellation of my Booked accommodation with* ********** at Spacious Family Apartment at Dee Why Beach,I had paid in full $*,***.** which was paid on **th of September **** for my confirmed and booked dates of the *th of October till the *th of October ****.*I had emailed the Spacious Family Apartment at Dee Why Beach on the *st of October **** that I will be checking in the place at *pm. I cant comprehend how I was not advised prior and that this is even possible. I paid early and confirmed booking how is it possible that taking the full amount out of my account and I am still following up my refund till Today?***I was stranded in Sydney in distress looking for a place to stay I was only told * and half hours before my supposed check in at *pm.*How is this even possible to happen? I was stranded looking accommodation for the remainder of my stay in Sydney,I was forced too pay for accommodation out of my own pocket?**how is this even possible? I was promised and fully paid and spoken to the host prior my stay.**I would appreciate all the relevant documents to be sent to me As soon as*possible, as every time I have called I hear the same thing that the host have put through the refund but I see no evidence that anything has been processed or put through.**please address this matter of urgency.**Regards,
