The issue in GetHuman-moejochi's own words
I booked a stay at the York Harbor Inn in York Maine. I booked on July *th for a stay beginning Aug * thru Aug *th a King size bed. Our arrival time was placed in the comments .Upon arrival we were booked into a queen size bed which I did inform them that my booking was for a King size bed . They did not have * available for * nights but did have Queen for * nights. We could have a King for. * night move out then possibly have * available for the *rd night *We stayed in the queen as to move around was not what we wanted to do . My complaint is that we should have been notified that a King was not available . I never requested to down size . Our room was pleasant very challenging for older people to navigate steep short stairs . Our room was right above the outdoor hot tub and we did call at *** pm to notify that there was a party going on ,which the management took care of . I am making you aware of this as I booked in early July to make sure we had a king bed. **Thank you Maureen Jochim
