Help with my Booking.com issue

I booked a room at this hotel through booking.com. reservation number ***********. I checked in on Sunday the *th for * nights. I booked this hotel due to the fact that you guys have an indoor pool and a gym. Also the pictures posted on booking.com were very nice. It looked relaxing and comfortable. I did not know the the hotel was under construction until I pulled into your parking lot. When I checked in I was told the pool was shut down but not the gym. The next morning I came down to find the gym and was told by a different lady that the gym was also out of order. I was at that point disappointed. I called customer care who informed me that I would be contacted by management with in ** hours. It's been over ** hours and still no one has contacted me. Monday evening I discovered that the hotel was housing a government housing community, which wasn't so bad until I was approached by some of these people. There were groups of people from the that community in the parking lot all hours of the night, drunk with whiskey bottles in hand, using profanity in a very loud manner. I had people ask me for money, food ,and cigarettes. I over heard conversations about them smoking crack and methamphetamine in the rooms there at the hotel. I saw several men urinating in the parking lot. Some of those men would stare at me making me feel very uncomfortable, they had also followed me into the elevator, which was not working properly. Once on my floor they would linger in the hall. Speaking of the elevator, I was stuck in there * different times and couldn't get the doors to open. We were also notified that we wouldn't have hot water on Tuesday from **am to *pm. Instead we didn't have hot water until almost *pm.*I was traveling with my autistic son who also got stuck in the elevator. He was so afraid of the people from that government assisted community that he was afraid to leave the room by Tuesday. I had also had him take our trash to a housekeeper to dispose of who instead sent him to the dumpster outside and she also stated that she didn't have any replacement bags for the trash cans.*I complained to the front desk staff on different occasions and was only offered an apology. I also complained to the security guy Bruce, he was the only person who actually acknowledged my complaints and Tuesday night there were still people in the parking lot but no one had whiskey bottles and they were much more civilized. *I was utterly disappointed with my stay in this hotel. I paid for and expected hotel quality and instead I felt as though I was staying in a very low quality establishment. I was hoping to enjoy my time and instead I ended up fearful and ignored. Due to the circumstances I checked out of that location this morning, mostly because of the fear of being harmed. I have tried to tried to make contact with management at the hotel and have been unsuccessful.*I expect a reimbursement of some kind if not a full refund.
