Help with my Booking.com issue

get confirmation for refund ... Good day Sir*Madam,*I cancelled my booking (booking number **********, PIN code ****, Elena Belonogova) at *Residenza Cenisio, Milan, Italy for guest name Larisa Purysheva using free charge cancellation policy. I called to the Hotel to confirm when the refund will be done to my account. But they said that no any hold amounts on them. The booking.com is holding the funds and will process the refund to me. Kindly confirm how long it will take and who is actually holding the funds from pre-authorized booking.*Looking forward for your quick response.*Thank you*Elena Belonogova
I don't know how long it will take. The e-mail from Booking.com says that hotel will do it soon, but I want to know exactly who will do it and when.
