We booked a hotel in Pigeon forge Tn. “Mountain Vista Inn and Suites. When we arrived everything advertised was false the rooms were old they smell of Clorox, no windows in the suite we booked, moved to another room, as well old,furniture old outdated, scratch up dumpster dive furniture, artificial plant had dust from ages. Fabric on chairs were dirty an stained, vanity falling apart from water damage, gaps on seams. Only one lamp by bed, and light socket hanging from it. *I have pictures to show. *The desk receptionist was abnoxious, unhelpful, rude. She said no refund. I will never book from booking.com again. For sure. I would like a refund. I would like an exchange to another hotel ASAP. *Very dissented. *Ivonne Roldan ***********
