I am extremely disappointed with your service for a number of reasons. I booked a hotel in NYC (booking***********) with the understanding I would get the best rate (as advertised), a view of the Hudson River, and access to a pool. *Through dumb luck I looked up the rates for the same property on your site the day before checking in and the rate dropped to $****night. Upon checking into the hotel I was informed there is no pool. My son is very upset about this and it changes our itinerary a great deal as we are experiencing some of the hottest weather in NYC in many years and it is far too hot outside. Finally, the “view” of the Hudson River is little more than a glimpse of the water through a couple of giant adjacent buildings. *This is not what I paid for and I am seeking a significant portion of my money refunded for the numerous disappointments which are impacting the quality of the trip we had planned.
