We're sorry to hear about your account suspension. Blizzard takes the integrity of its games seriously and would only suspend an account after observing or detecting infringement of the End User License Agreement. If you feel that your account has been wrongly suspended, your best course of action is to appeal the decision. You can file an appeal through your Blizzard account on the website. Be sure to provide as much detailed information as possible about your actions prior to the suspension to aid the investigation. Blizzard's support team will then review your case and get back to you with their final decision.

We're sorry to hear about this. If you cannot access your account, Blizzard offers a restoration process for compromised accounts. Visit the Blizzard support page and select "My Account > Can't log in > I think someone else may be using my account". Follow the instructions, which typically involve providing account verification details. Blizzard should then be able to assist in restoring your account and strengthening its security. Remember, never share your account details with others to prevent this from happening in the future.

To change your phone number on your Blizzard account, follow these steps: 1. Log into your Blizzard account. 2. Click your account name at the top and go to "Account Settings". 3. Under the "Security & Privacy" tab, click on the "Update" button next to your current phone number. 4. Enter your new phone number in the provided space. 5. Click on the "Save" button to update your phone number. Remember, prompt updates to your contact information ensure better security for your account.

If you no longer have access to the phone that your Battle.net account is associated with, you can remove the phone number from your account through Account Management. Navigate to the Security section and choose to remove your phone. The phone number can be removed without needing to be confirmed, but you'll need to answer the security question you set up when creating the account. If you no longer remember your security question, contact Blizzard Support for assistance. They'll need you to provide valid identification to verify your account ownership.

To change your email on your Blizzard account, follow these steps: 1. Log into your Blizzard account on Blizzard's website. 2. Go to Account Settings. 3. Click on the 'Security & Privacy’ tab. 4. Within this tab, you'll see 'Account Details' where you will find your current email address. 5. Click the 'Update' button next to it to change your email address. 6. You will be asked to answer your security question before making changes. 7. Enter your new email address and confirm it. 8. Hit 'Save' to apply the changes. After this process, you should receive a confirmation email to your new email address. Click the link within this email to verify your new address.
