The issue in GetHuman-jabrillo's own words
Play the game. ... Couldn’t access account due to not having a ** bit processor. So I couldn’t even download the game on my computer. I have yet to so much as log in or create a character. Since I cannot play the game I was hoping to get refunded the money for my subscription.
I really wanted to play. I tried to get a different computer, didn’t work and ended up being a waste of money. I can’t wait to play classic and it ***** having to wait. If it were up to me I would be playing already. I’ve exhausted every possible quick solution and that’s why I waited an entire ** days to even start the process to request a refund. I very much wish this wasn’t the case and I could just make use of this subscription, but now that I’ve wasted money trying to fix the issue I need that money back for other things.
Refunding my subscription for the month of October.
I played the game from vanilla all the way to the end of cataclysm. I really wanted to experience the nostalgia of classic and I still do. It’s just not something I can attain at this moment in time and I will have to plan for it in the upcoming months. I will eventually play classic and return to being another monthly customer eventually, when I can afford a ** bit computer.
Buying a cheap computer with a ** bit processor which ended up backfiring spectacularly because the computer ended up not working and I ended up not being able to play the game anyway.
How GetHuman-jabrillo fixed the problem
