Tip from another customer
If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-repkille's own words
On October **th I received two emails in succession at *:** and *:** AM. One email said that my password had been changed. The second email said that my email was switched from my email (RepK*****@***.com) to another email H***@YAHOO.COM. After that I tried logging into my account without success. I don't know how they cracked my password, but my account has been stolen and I would like it back. I filed an official report to Blizzard on their website and they said they would get back to me in ** hours. That did not happen. Please get my account back.
GetHuman-repkille did not yet indicate what Blizzard should do to make this right.
