Why am I being charged shipping when I have bought two items*subscription(s) at $***.** each? (e.g. Free shipping after $*** order?). With the handling fee as well as the shipping cost this is getting expensive? Also where do I give you the shipping address of receipents?*Last year, no problem but this year there seems to be more confusion and slow response to email response. I've been attempting to place this order for over two weeks. My daughter and grandson specified Birch Box so I'm stuck* otherwise I would not bother to submit an order. I DO NOT TEXT* JUST EMAIL. If you text, I will not get it nor know about it.
