I not only have a forwarding address in place, I also have changed my address on your website and was still charged $*.** for my package received at my new address. I feel that by me changing the address on your website I should not be responsible for the $*.** for shipping to my new address. Could you please resolve this issue by refunding the $*.** and be sure this does not happen in the future? **Thank you
