Not sure how many times I have to write this and get it to you guys. I had not received my birch box order for several months, although I was still being charged. I called and spoke to a woman who said the issue would be rectified and I would receive three (*) separate refunds that would be credited to my account and that they would appear shortly. This has been over two (*) months now and I have received nothing. Sandra Holowatuk, *****@***.com, ***-***-****. My address has changed also, *** Westchester Dr. ****, Austintown, OH *****. Please resolve this...it is getting ridiculous that I have to write this sooooo many times. Thank You
GetHuman-sholowat did not yet indicate what Birchbox should do to make this right.
