I cancelled my account with Birch Box over three weeks ago. My checking account was charged three times without sending out my boxes so I cancelled. I did speak with a representative who assured me that I would receive the payments made returned to my account in three separate transactions. It has been long enough to have seen some activity with my bank statements and nothing has been done. I would like another phone call to let me know what the problem is now!
