I placed an order this morning and didn't mean to place it without the coupon. I sent an email and the lady told me it was expired. I got the email * hours prior and it doesn't expire until July **. All I would like is the coupon applied to my order. I have a broken wrist and it's very hard for me to text or type right now. I have been a loyal customer for over * years and love the products. I would love to be able to actually talk to someone at Birchbox.
