Hi! I received a * mo subscription with you guys as a birthday gift in ****. When that expired, I signed up for a * mo subscription for myself. I did not want to renew my subscription after that and thought I would simply stop being billed after that * month period (that was May ****). I just saw that I’m still being billed and haven’t noticed because it’s being taken out around the time I pay rent so it just looks like one large sum is taken out. Anyway, today it overdrafted my account so I basically paid around $** for whoever lives in my old New York apartment to receive my Birchbox. I can provide bank statements (if you’re unable to see my charges on your end) and even proof that Ive moved away from the address these have been sent. Please cancel and refund for these charges. I love you guys and will be back when I’m in a more stable financial situation!
