Your order placed should come with an email or receipt that has a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to find your order and see when it is ready.

I accidentally ordered two ** month gift subscriptions for the same person and I need to cancel one immediately. Your website rejected my credit card because billing info was not updated. So I started from scratch...then I receive two separate confirmations. Not good. Please fix this.
