Help with my Birchbox issue

Tried to email back and forth telling birchbox about my daughter getting duplicate boxes for April and May, said they would handle problem...then she was sent a BOY'S BOX in June. My son, who I also pay for a separate box for didn't even receive good box but I was charged for both boxes.
