Cancel my subscription and get a refund. ... I never signed up for automatic renewal on any products I brought from Best Buy. I have a total of $**.** that was approved as well as $***.** which has been successfully been denied this week as well as May, ****.*I have a claim against the charges through my bank and I want to talk to someone regarding cancellations on any products and services through Best Buy! *Please return a phone call at ************.**I will await your response,*Gina Myers
was after talking to someone, twice having my call dropped during a transfer? I used the chat box to resolve my issue. The lady’s name was Sadie. I called the bank and went to put a complaint for fraud on Best Buy.
Send and email reminder that they would like to extend my subscription. I never received an email.
I been a customer since **** and I always go back to the same location for my computer purchases.
To call earlier this morning only to be told that the customer service representative weren’t available!
