Hi, Yesterday I ordered a new laptop from Best Buy online. The laptop is a Dell Inspiron **'*" touch screen Intel Core i* *GB for $***.**. The order number is: BBY**-************. While completing my order online, it said that a free * month digital subscription of Trend Security was included ($** value). But then when it requested that I set up an account, it stated that an account could not be created even after I created passwords to do so. Seemed like a glitch. Then it said that because the account could not be created, my free digital subscription of Trend Security could not be included with my order and to remove it from my cart before proceeding. I did so, and the transaction completed. I'm a bit disappointed that I couldn't get that along with my order. Is there a way I could get that sent to me? I'd kind of like to have it. Thanks!
